The view of the room was breathtaking, the room was of high quality, beautiful furniture, a good hairdryer, iron and board a safe, etc. it was super clean and the new furnishings I really liked.
The breakfast wasn't so good, but the prices were okay. The older part of the hotel would have to be adapted. It's not very nice, the signposts could be better, otherwise you won't find breakfastroom for example.

The personalized service was exceptional, with the staff greeting us by name and going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The highlight of our stay was being upgraded to a beautiful suite with a stunning view of Hyde Park. The hotel's location was also perfect, just a short walk from the nearest subway station. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
The only minor downside was the pricing in the bar, which we found a bit expensive. Additionally, the service in the lounge bar could have been better, as we had to order our drinks at the bar ourselves and were still charged for service.
